Hi-Tech Mold & Tool, Inc. has 25 injection molding machines ranging from 20-500 ton. Included in these machines are a 2-shot injection-molding machine and a Silicone (LIM) injection-molding machine. We mold a wide range of engineering grade resins including, LCP (Liquid Crystalline Polymer), PEEK, PEKK, Torlon®, Ultem (PEI), TPE, Nylons, Acetals, Polycarbonates and many more. We mold simple to very complex geometries along with runs from 10 pcs. up to the millions.

Hi-Tech specializes in highly technical demanding applications and metal to plastic conversions.

 

Hi-Tech is a Solvay approved Torlon® Molder. Torlon® ( Polyamide-imide) has the highest strength and stiffness of any thermoplastic up to 275 deg C. and 525 deg. F. It has ideal properties for severe service environments. This material is used especially in the Aerospace/Defense market, along with Gas and Oil, Automotive, Semicon and more due to its exceptional properties for resistance to wear, chemicals, and heat.

Hi-Tech markets include Medical, Aerospace, Telecom, Recreational, Electronic, Automotive, Food Service and Industrial. Hi-Tech is currently a preferred supplier to Otis Elevator Company, a UTC division, Plastic Sterilization Trays, and Thule US, Car Rack Systems. Other customers include, Advanced Sterilization Products, a Johnson & Johnson Company, Hamilton Sundstrand, and many more. We also have a full service secondary department.
