Hi-Tech Mold & Tool, Inc. has 25 injection molding machines ranging from 20-500 ton. Included in these machines are a 2-shot injection-molding machine and a Silicone (LIM) injection-molding machine. We mold a wide range of engineering grade resins including, LCP (Liquid Crystalline Polymer), PEEK, PEKK, Ultem (PEI), TPE, Nylons, Acetals, Polycarbonates and many more. We mold simple to very complex geometries along with runs from 10 pcs. up to the millions.

Hi-Tech specializes in highly technical demanding applications and metal to plastic conversions.

Hi-Tech markets include Medical, Aerospace, Telecom, Recreational, Electronic, Automotive, Food Service and Industrial. Hi-Tech is currently a preferred supplier to Otis Elevator Company, a UTC division, Plastic Sterilization Trays, and Thule US, Car Rack Systems. Other customers include, Advanced Sterilization Products, a Johnson & Johnson Company, Hamilton Sundstrand, and many more. We also have a full service secondary department.
